Autism Acceptance Month

by Jan Schroder

Throughout the month of April, the Autism Society of America continues its Fifth Annual #CelebrateDifferences Campaign in honor of Autism Acceptance Month.

Beyond spreading awareness, it’s a chance to promote inclusion and practice acceptance. All. Month. Long.

The nonprofit, founded in 1965, was built on the belief that acceptance is the key to creating a world in which everyone – including neuro-diverse individuals – is connected to the support they need, when they need it, in order to live fully and authentically. Exactly as they are.
