There’s no place like home … or at least that is what Notre Dame graduate Rachel Lauterbach believes.
Born and raised in Appleton, Lauterbach left the state for college with no intention of ever returning. However, after getting internship experience under her belt, Lauterbach’s notion of what she wanted from a city shifted during her senior year. Shortly after, she returned to her home state to start a career at Uline.
“I chose to come back to Wisconsin for the people and their values,” she says. “I’ve found that people I’ve worked with who are from Wisconsin are happy and hardworking.”
