Celebrate the heritage of the Wisconsin state tree at the Taylor County Lion’s Maple Fest, on tap Saturday, April 26 in Medford.
Arrive early for the pancake breakfast (7-11 a.m.), participate in a Sugar Bush Tour and stay for maple-themed events throughout the day. From chainsaw sculpture demonstrations to pedal tractor competitions, fun for the whole family awaits. Festive food and drink (think maple-flavored root beer floats), live music and a Maple Scavenger Hunt will happen throughout the day – as will the maple tree and children’s bike giveaways.
All proceeds go toward the many local causes Lions Clubs support.
