With 2,000 employees and 100 representative organizations worldwide, industrial equipment manufacturer Rite-Hite is a busy operation. Customers and employees are frequent visitors to the company’s Brown Deer headquarters for product demonstrations, meetings and training/education.
Sara Everts, director of corporate marketing and communications, says a detailed itinerary is in place before visitors arrive. “We take care of every moment they are here,” she says. That starts by personally meeting them at the airport; after the workday is over it’s showing off a bit of Wisconsin culture. “Our goal is to make sure people are hosted and feel welcome.”
