My wife Jan is right about things, more often than I’d care to admit. Whether she was when marrying me, the jury is still out.
I’ve even learned to not be defensive when she provides domestic guidance. That’s why I have to stop and luxuriate when she’s, well, exposed.
Pushing in my chair that I left pulled out from our kitchen table, she asked, ”May I ask you to push in your chair after you finish your meal?”
”Sure,” I said, pointing at her chair, also astray. “Would you mind showing me how to do that again – with your chair?”
