As employers in a work-from-home world, we’re faced with finding the best ways to keep our workforce connected and productive, while also assessing work performance remotely.

It’s important to accurately evaluate work product and performance using clear metrics that are applicable in a remote world and in your field. You’ll also need to set expectations and choose a way to check in with your team or employees.

All of this aside, strong employer-employee relationships are built off of trust, on both sides. Unless your metrics show otherwise, you’ll need to trust your employees are working hard to complete their work.
