Productivity linked to early morning activity

Studies show that working out first thing in the morning increases your productivity throughout the day. If that’s the case, Kerri Schanowski is as productive as they come.

An avid CrossFitter, Schanowski wakes up every day at 4:10 a.m., as she has for four years.

“Prior to that, I was running in the morning for about three years. It took a long time to get into this routine, getting up early,” she says.

With kids at home, morning workouts are the key to success.

Schanowski mentioned an even better perk: “That way, it’s over with for the day!”
