Trixie’s in Ephraim serves locally sourced meals with perfectly paired wines with the help of local farmers and growers. In addition to promoting organic and fresh produce, Trixie’s also prides itself on supporting women-owned businesses within the restaurant industry.

“We only taste wines that are biodynamic, traditional, sustainable, organic or female made or owned,” says owner Sarah Holmes. “Trixie’s specifically dotes on female producers because we want to showcase their budding efforts, and we feel that serving wines featured by women aligns with our vision of promoting female-run businesses that also aim to serve mindful and beautiful products.”
