Enjoying a good brew by the flickering light of a bonfire is a perfect fall activity. But what if you added a beautiful garden?
For the second year, Green Bay Botanical Gardens will host Brews, Bistros & Bonfire. All proceeds from the Sept. 21 fund raiser benefit the garden’s environmental sustainability initiatives and help serve 6,000 children each year through educational field trips and outreach programs. Last year’s event raised $11,000.
“Once kids are back in school and in their routines, families and parents are always looking for fun seasonal activities,” said Green Bay Botanical Gardens’ Eileen Wesener Metzler.
