Marquette University senior and Milwaukee native Audrey Taylor identifies as a “Midwest girl through and through,” but cannot deny the invaluable experience she’s had this summer interning in New York, finding her niche in communications work and gaining experience as she nears her 2019 graduation.
Branching out to NYC, a city with a population over 8.5 million, Taylor has spent the summer working at a PR firm, connecting with professionals and peers from across the country.
She says the biggest adjustment in her move from MKE to NYC was “people not apologizing when they run into you.” Watch here.
