My first internship was in St. Louis working at a vision company where I learned the basics of B2C operations. While my highest duties included handling the company’s social media accounts, most of my days were filled with making copies.
My second internship was in Madison at a publishing company within the historical society. As a history major and book fanatic, the opportunity intersected at the perfect place for me.
Finally, I worked as an intern on Capitol Hill after graduation. I had a front row seat to the country’s congressional process and for that, I will always feel lucky.
