Milwaukee native Rich Meeusen, Badger Meter president/CEO and co-founder of The Water Council, has seen both his company and hometown evolve in water technology.
“It took a lot of effort to get people to understand that we really are that good, and in many ways we already have this concentration of water companies – we already have what we need here,” Meeusen says of Milwaukee’s changing reputation as a global water technology leader.
“If you want to be in the water technology business, there’s no place in the world that’s better for you than Milwaukee.”
